If you have an attractive house in a nice neighborhood, and have all the time in the world to sell it, then you are probably better off listing your house with a Realtor. However, you will have to pay real estate commission, closing costs, and potentially months of additional mortgage payments, since houses usually take at least 4 to 6 months to sell.
 
Oakland Homes L.L.C. does not charge a commission, or any other fees. We don't mind making repairs (even extensive ones), and you won't be stuck with those additional mortgage payments.
